Brand Strategy Development
- Collaborate with senior management to define and refine brand positioning, target audience, and brand voice
- Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company values, mission, and long-term goals
- Conceptualize, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both physical stores and ecommerce
- Includes seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Define, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing)
- Optimize campaigns to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and store promotions
- Enhance customer experience and drive foot traffic to physical stores
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and assess brand perception
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Manage the marketing budget effectively
- Allocate resources to initiatives strategically to maximize ROI
- Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships
- Expand brand visibility and reach new customer segments
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to improve online shopping experience
- Increase conversion rates and drive online sales
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the jewelleryor fashion, beauty, luxury retail industry, preferably in Bali.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and brand growth in both physical and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
