We have two kind of rings:

  • Free size rings (One size fits all). Rings are adjustable and can fit all sizes. You will see if the ring you choose is Free Size as it says in the description.
  • Sized rings: Some models come in different sizes. You will know the size of the ring because it's written on the description and the code of the ring

All our pendants come with a standard size cord (some in leather cord, some in silver cord). Lenght is displayed in the pendant description.

If you wish a different length, please let us know in the Order Notes/Comments section when you check out and we'll send you the cord of the right size.

Nope! To keep things easy, you can create an order and checkout as "Guest", and your account will be created on-the-fly. But to have a better experience and be able to track your order you have to register.

So... for a better experience, please register your account. for a fast and easy order, don't need to.

Yes, you can. Just follow the checkout procedure as usual, and once redirected to PayPal to login there, just click on the bottom link "Pay by Debit or Credit Card"

We offer you as much shipping options as possible, depending on the destination. Then you can choose the one better suited, depending on price and timing.

  • Navigate to the order you are requesting information
  • Click on the icon "View"

  • Scroll down until you get to the Order History

  • There you will find the link from the courier company

Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping company selected. Both on the "View Cart" and "Checkout" pages you can get an estimation of shipping costs and timing needed before placing the order.

We have set our base pricelist in Indonesian Rupiah, as in our shops in Bali. Website prices are the same as all our "brick and mortar" shops.

For all the other currencies (AUD, EUR, USD) we use the daily international exchange rate, so probably prices can go up and down a bit, depending on daily exchange rate.

We start processing your order as soon as we receive the confirmation of the payment, and  you can add items or change sizes until we ship the order.

Once the order is marked as "Shipped", it is on its way to you. It is out of our warehouse and we can't modify the order. In case you would like us to add more pieces, you can always create a new order.

Once you have selected your goods and proceed to Checkout, you will have to register or login (if you have not done so before), and we'll ask you some details we need to ship your order.

In this checkout page, you can put your VIP Card code, and the system will automatically calculate any advantage, discount, etc

Some countries are not serviced by the Indonesian shipping companies we work with. You can check the Shipping & Delivery information page for a list of these countries we can't currently ship to.

Any other country you miss from the  country list, just let us know and we will check it out

  • After you checkout and made payment, there will be an order notification sent to your email. you can see your order number within that email.

  • For registered user,  you can also login to the website. go to "My Account" then choose "Order History" to see your order number.

  • email or whatsapp us your invoice request with your order number, then we will send the invoice.
