Shop Support Leader

Job Descriptions:

1. Daily Operational Support

  • Support the Shop Support Leader in monitoring daily operational activities.
  • Check emails and the control board daily, ensuring all warning system notifications are followed up and resolved promptly.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Assist in reviewing the team's work before the end of each working day.
  • Assist in coordinating courier schedules and delivery arrangements.

2. Team & Operational Coordination

  • Assist in assigning daily tasks to Shop Support staff and couriers.
  • Support the training, coaching, and guidance of team members when required.
  • Follow up on operational issues and report them to the Shop Support Leader.

3. Stock Preparation & Store Support

  • Prepare and organize products and consumable supplies for stores on a daily basis.
  • Support stock transfer processes and store operational requests.
  • Communicate with Sales Promotion Girls (SPGs) and Store Managers regarding stock and operational requirements.

4. Warehouse, Inventory & Stock Control

  • Support warehouse organization and stock arrangement.
  • Receive and process returned or overstock items from stores.
  • Assist in conducting stock counts and inventory audits at:
    • Retail stores
    • Office warehouse
  • Assist in monitoring stock movements and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure product labeling and inventory updates are completed accurately.

5. Online, Marketplace & Wholesale Operations

  • Process online, marketplace, and wholesale orders.
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required timelines.

6. Leadership Support

  • Act as the backup for the Shop Support Leader when required.
  • Help maintain team performance, discipline, teamwork, and compliance with company SOPs.
  • Support operational improvements and contribute to daily problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in fashion retail, jewelry retail, operations, inventory, warehouse, retail support, or a related field.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using email and operational administration systems.
    Demonstrates leadership skills.
