Digital Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • 1. Brand Strategy Development
    • Collaborate with senior management to define and refine brand positioning, target audience, and brand voice
    • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company values, mission, and long-term goals
    2. Marketing Campaigns
    • Conceptualize, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both physical stores and ecommerce
    • Includes seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
    3. Digital Marketing
    • Define, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing)
    • Optimize campaigns to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions
    4. Retail Store Marketing
    • Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and store promotions
    • Enhance customer experience and drive foot traffic to physical stores
    5. Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis
    • Identify growth opportunities and assess brand perception
    • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
    6. Budget Management
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively
    • Allocate resources to initiatives strategically to maximize ROI
    7. Brand Partnerships
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships
    • Expand brand visibility and reach new customer segments
    8. Ecommerce Growth
    • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to improve online shopping experience
    • Increase conversion rates and drive online sales
    Requirements:
      • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the jewelleryor fashion, beauty, luxury retail industry, preferably in Bali.
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
      • Demonstrated success in driving sales and brand growth in both physical and digital channels.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
      • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
      • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
      • Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
